It focuses on rapport building skills and introduces a comprehensive model of coaching, involving beliefs, models and techniques that are particularly powerful in terms of improving communication and achieving individual and corporate change.

Building rapport is key to any coaching activity. When people are in rapport, they are open to communication at different levels. There is a higher level of trust, more openness and less resistance to change.

Three separate sessions in this workshop help you understand, respect and share another’s situation and state, and experience how they operate.

The Three Ticks™ coaching mode is heavily influenced by NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) beliefs, models and techniques, which are particularly powerful in terms of improving communication and achieving individual and corporate change.

NLP is a modelling process that enable practitioners to discover what it is that makes effective people effective, and to develop effective models of change.

There is no need for any prior knowledge of NLP; you will be introduced to the NLP Communications Model in this workshop.

The simple processes that we use enable coaches to significantly improve their effectiveness in terms of relationship buidling, questioning skills and action planning.

At the end of the three Invisible Coaching® workshops you will have a deep understanding and appreciation of the power and application of coaching, together with a set of inter-personal skills that can add tremendous value in your professional and personal lives.

You will always know just the right question to help someone, and will notice that life gets easier, as you become more effective with less stress.
